SHREEJA (Aesthetically Empowered in Sanskrit) is a non-profit organization that uses the power of soccer to encourage, educate, and empower young women in rural India to overcome menaces of school drop-outs, early marriages, human trafficking and domestic violence against women.
Shreeja request rural young women to participate in local football academy. These women are engaged in various discussion and communications on issues related to sexual and reproductive health, gender equality and entitlements of women in the target region. Along with football training programs, Shreeja organizes regular instruction classes on various academic and social subjects.
